BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH. WINDY CONDITIONS AND WIDESPREAD CHANCES FOR
SNOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE NIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY. THE GREATEST
CHANCES FOR SNOW WILL BE IN SOUTH DAKOTA AND ACROSS MUCH OF
MINNESOTA. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL NEAR 30 BELOW ZERO ACROSS
NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION...TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

EXPECT ANOTHER ROUND OF FRIGID CONDITIONS TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...AS WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN 25 AND 40 BELOW
ZERO WILL IMPACT MUCH OF THE AREA. THE COLDEST CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED IN NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION.
