Windchill values between 35 and 25 below zero will persist for
much of the afternoon for much of western and central areas of
North Dakota and southern areas of Canada.

Snow was falling in eastern Montana, western and central areas of
North Dakota, and across much of South Dakota. Snow will continue
to spread eastward into Minnesota through the afternoon and
overnight. Accumulations are expected, as chances for snow will
linger into Sunday. Look for highs today to range from the single
digits below zero in southern Canada, to the upper teens above in
southern South Dakota
