DAKOTA. DECREASING CLOUDS IN WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. OVERNIGHT LOWS
FROM NEAR 20 BELOW IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE MID 30S IN
SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

WEDNESDAY MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS MOST OF THE REGION. SNOW LIKELY IN
THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DAKOTAS IN THE MORNING. HIGHS FROM 10 ABOVE
