Severe winter weather continues to impact the Northern Plains
states.

Snow will continue across the western and central Dakotas through
the night. Blowing snow will reduce visibility across western and
central North Dakota as the winds increase. Rain will change to
snow for the eastern Dakotas and a wintry mix of rain, freezing
rain, and snow is possible across Minnesota. Overnight lows will
be in the 20s and 30s.

Difficult travel conditions will exist across western and central
North Dakota over the next few days. If you must travel, be sure to
check for the latest weather updates and road conditions, and make
sure you have a winter survival kit.
