NORTH DAKOTA AND SLOWLY MOVING EAST. WIDESPREAD LIGHT
SNOW...ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW...WAS COVERING MUCH OF CENTRAL
NORTH DAKOTA. EXPECT THIS PRECIPITATION TO MOVE INTO EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. SNOW MAY MIX WITH
RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN BEFORE MIDNIGHT...AND WILL TAPER OFF BY
WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM WEST TO EAST. SKIES WILL BE CLOUDY ACROSS THE
REGION...WITH BREEZY WINDS. LOWS WILL GENERALLY FALL INTO THE
UPPER 20S TO THE LOWER 30S.
