A strong cold front early Wednesday morning was moving towards
Minnesota. Gusty westerly winds up to 55 miles per hour can be
expected from the southern Canadian Prairies into North Dakota.
Morning low temperatures will range from the mid 40s west to mid
50s east.

Windy conditions will continue across the north today, and despite
a plethora of sunshine, it will be much cooler for most areas.
Highs will be in the 50s north, to lower 70s in southern Minnesota
and southeastern South Dakota.

Warmer Thursday and Friday with highs in the upper 60s north to
70s elsewhere. High temperatures in the lower 80s will be found
across the central Dakotas. Turning cooler again for the weekend
with highs in the 50s and 60s.
