Another mild day across the Northern Plains States as more winter
weather develops to the west.

For the rest of today, clouds will increase in the west with
highs in the 40s, while partly sunny conditions and highs in the
30s will dominate the east.

Snow and gusty winds will overspread the northern high plains
Wednesday and Thursday. Winter weather advisories and winter storm
watches have been issued from Montana, through the Dakotas, and
Minnesota. Check the latest weather before traveling.

Dangerously cold wind chills will develop Wednesday night through
Thursday morning.

Another round of snow is forecast Friday followed by dangerously
cold wind chills for the weekend.
