Around the region early Thursday morning, it was mostly cloudy and
brisk. Temperatures ranged from the mid teens in southern Manitoba,
to the lower 30s in southwestern South Dakota. The wind chill
temperatures were in the single digits across North Dakota, to
around 5 below zero in the southern Canadian Provinces.

Expect mostly cloudy conditions today, with flurries or light
freezing rain across southeastern Saskatchewan and southern
Manitoba. Elsewhere it will be dry, but breezy to windy at times.
Highs will range from the upper 20s north, to around 70 in southwest
South Dakota.

Chances for rain and snow are expected across the south Friday,
with dry and cold conditions north.
