A few isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms were occurring this
morning across northeastern Montana, the Dakotas and western
Minnesota. These showers and storms are expected to continue
through the day and become more widespread, spreading eastward
into Minnesota by the early afternoon.

High temperatures today will be on the cooler side, ranging from
the 40s in eastern Montana and North Dakota to the 50s in eastern
South Dakota and southern Minnesota.

For tonight, expect widespread rainshowers and storms to continue
in Minnesota with conditions drying out for the rest of the
region. Overnight lows will range from the lower 30s in northern
North Dakota, to the lower 40s in southern South Dakota.
