Dangerous wind chills will be present across parts of the
Northern Plains this morning. Wind chill values as low as 45 below
zero can be expected across southern Canada into most of North
Dakota and Minnesota. Look for some light snow through areas of
southern South Dakota during the overnight hours.

Later today, temperatures will begin to rebound slightly with
highs ranging from the single digits in northern Minnesota to the
mid 20s in southern South Dakota.

The warmup will continue through the weekend and into the work
week.
