A winter storm continues through the eastern Dakotas into
Minnesota bringing snow, strong winds, and low visibilities to
those areas. To the west strong northwest winds continue with
light snow flurries scattered across the region.

Tonight wind chill values from 10 below to 20 below and colder are
possible in areas along and east of the Missouri River and into
northern Minnesota. Blowing snow will make travel difficult as
well in areas, make sure to slow down and keep extra space between
vehicles while on the road.
