LOW PRESSURE WAS OVER THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF MANITOBA AND
ONTARIO EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH A COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE
LOW ACROSS EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND INTO CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
EXPECT SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT OVER
EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH SUNRISE...WITH
PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION. MORNING
LOWS SHOULD RANGE FROM THE UPPER 50S OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TO
THE LOWER 70S OVER SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.

LATER TODAY EXPECT BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS UNDER PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES
FOR MUCH OF THE REGION. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION SHOULD DIMINISH BY AFTERNOON...BUT THERE IS A
CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTHWEST IN THE AFTERNOON. LOOK FOR
HIGH TEMPERATURES TO RANGE FROM THE 70S OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
TO THE LOW TO MID 90S OVER SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND SOUTH DAKOTA.
