A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN...EXTENDED FROM NORTHEAST MONTANA...THROUGH THE MISSOURI RIVER
VALLEY OF NORTH DAKOTA...INTO NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...BEFORE
DAYBREAK ON THIS SATURDAY MORNING. THE RAIN WAS PUSHING SLOWLY
EAST AND EXPANDING IN COVERAGE AS NEW SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE
FORMING.

SHOWERS AND STORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE SCATTERED OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TODAY. EXPECT HIGHS IN THE 70S FROM THE SOUTHERN
CANADIAN PRAIRIE PROVINCES THROUGH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...AND IN
THE 80S FOR THE REST OF THE REGION.

IF YOU COME TO A FLOODED AREA DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE WATER.
CAMPERS...BE SURE NOT TO CAMP IN LOW AREAS OR HILLY TERRAIN. STAY
AWAY FROM CREEKS AND STREAMS. FLOODING WAS ONGOING ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PART OF WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA...FROM THE DICKINSON AREA TO
JUST SOUTH OF WILLISTON...INCLUDING IN DUNN COUNTY.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEKEND.
