ACCUMULATION ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. AREAS OF PATCHY FOG IN NORTH
DAKOTA OVERNIGHT. LOWS FROM THE LOWER SINGLE DIGITS IN SOUTHERN
SASKATCHEWAN TO THE MID 20S ACROSS SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

TUESDAY LOOK FOR MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. WINDY WITH BLOWING SNOW IN
SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. HIGHS FROM THE
UPPER TEENS IN SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TO THE LOWER 30S IN SOUTHERN
SOUTH DAKOTA.
