SASKATCHEWAN...EASTERN MINNESOTA...AND SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA. MOSTLY
CLEAR ELSEWHERE. LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 50S IN WESTERN NORTH
DAKOTA TO THE LOW 70S IN SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.
