For tonight through Monday evening, expect a winter storm to move
eastward across southern and eastern South Dakota and into the
southern half of Minnesota. A widespread swath of snowfall amounts
between 6 and 12 inches will be possible in these areas by Monday
evening, with localized amounts greater than 12 inches.

In addition to the winter storm to the south, areas of dense and
patchy fog will continue through at least Monday morning across
southern Manitoba, portions of northern and eastern North Dakota,
as well as northern Minnesota. The fog will likely spread
westward this evening into central North Dakota.
