Windchill values ranging between 35 and 25 below zero will persist
through the morning in eastern Montana and across much of North
Dakota.

Today, look for chances for snow in areas of western South Dakota
and northern Minnesota. High temperatures will generally range from
the single digits below in southern Canada, to the lower 20s above
in southern South Dakota.

Another round of snow is in the forecast for the weekend. Chances
for snow are expected to move into western areas late tonight and
spread eastward, across the northern plains, Saturday and Sunday.
Snow showers will linger over Minnesota through Sunday.
