LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES
EARLY THIS MORNING. MIDDLE AND HIGH CLOUDS OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF
THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL SPREAD EASTWARD DURING THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS.

LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING SHOULD RANGE FROM AROUND ZERO OVER
SOUTHERN MANITOBA...TO AROUND 30 OVER SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN PLAINS.

LATER TODAY HIGHS SHOULD RANGE FROM THE 30S IN NORTHEASTERN
MINNESOTA TO THE 60S IN SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. SKIES WILL BE
CLOUDY WITH INCREASED CHANCES FOR RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH THE
EVENING AND INTO WEDNESDAY. SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO START IN THE
NORTHWEST AND SPREAD SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION.
