Expect very cold conditions to continue this morning across the
region, with lows ranging from the 20s below zero in southern
Canada, to the teens below zero in southern South Dakota. Wind
chill values as low as 45 below zero are possible over parts of
the north.

A slight reprieve from the brutal cold is forecast for Tuesday.
Highs will range from the single digits above zero east, to the
20s above west. Skies will be mostly clear and winds will be
light.

Seasonably warm weather is expected Wednesday through the weekend.
