INCHES...HIGHER AMOUNTS IN NORTH CENTRAL AREAS. A WINTRY MIX OF
PRECIPITATION IS ALSO POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF THE
REGION.

LOOK FOR SOUTHERLY WINDS TO RANGE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 MPH. HIGHS WILL
SPAN FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...TO NEAR
50 IN SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.
