Light snow was moving through the eastern Dakotas and northern
Minnesota this afternoon. To the west mostly clear skies can be
expected.

Arctic air will persist across the region today with high
temperatures ranging from the single digits through the western
Dakotas and eastern Montana to the teens across the eastern
Dakotas into western Minnesota.

Tonight expect bitterly cold wind chills reaching 20 below to 30
below across the Northern Plains.
