A COLD FRONT EXTENDED FROM A LOW OVER NORTHEASTERN MANITOBA
SOUTHWESTWARD ACROSS NORTH DAKOTA AND ACROSS SOUTHERN MONTANA.
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT WERE IN SOUTHERN
MANITOBA...NORTHERN MINNESOTA...EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA...AND OVER
CENTRAL AND EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. MEANWHILE THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE
NEXT UPPER LEVEL SHORTWAVE WERE OVER NORTHERN MONTANA AND MOVING
EASTWARD. LOOK FOR LOWS MAINLY IN THE 50S AND 60S FOR THE REST OF
THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE REGION
TONIGHT...WITH SOME STORMS STRONG TO SEVERE. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN ON SUNDAY...WITH THE STRONG TO
SEVERE CHANCE CONTINUING OVER MINNESOTA...SOUTHEASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...AND OVER MUCH OF SOUTH DAKOTA AND NEBRASKA.

MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES WILL PREVAIL OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS
THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF THE WORK WEEK.
