BREEZY CONDITIONS AND ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE FORECAST
FOR MONDAY. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 15 AND 25 MPH WITH
HIGHS RANGING FROM THE 50S IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA...TO THE 70S IN
SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA.

ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AND BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST
