MORNING IS FORECAST TO SWEEP ACROSS THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS TODAY
AND TONIGHT.

BLIZZARD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FROM SOUTHERN MANITOBA INTO THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS AND WESTERN MINNESOTA THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. HIGH
WIND WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT ELSEWHERE TODAY AND TONIGHT WITH GUSTS
UP TO 65 MPH EXPECTED.

TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN THE
