HIGHS IN THE MID 20S IN SOUTHERN MANITOBA TO AROUND 40 IN
SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES THIS MORNING WILL
TURN TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES THIS AFTERNOON.

TONIGHT CHANCES FOR LIGHT SNOW WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS AS A COLD FRONT MOVES NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
REGION. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST TO 35 MPH BEHIND THE FRONT IN
SOME LOCATIONS.

COLD AND WINDY TUESDAY...WITH SNOW ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA AND MUCH
OF MINNESOTA.
