Cool weather will continue across the northern plains this week. A
low pressure system will bring rain and snow to southeast Montana
and western South Dakota today. Several inches of snow will fall
in the Black Hills region. That system will then spread rain into
Minnesota tonight, with a chance of light snow in northern parts
of Minnesota. Highs today will range from the mid 30s in southern
Saskatchewan and southern Manitoba to the lower 60s in southern
Minnesota.
