A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE NEBRASKA AND IOWA BORDER THIS MORNING
WILL CONTINUE MOVING SOUTHEAST AWAY FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS. ARCTIC
HIGH PRESSURE OVER SASKATCHEWAN AND MANITOBA WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST
TOWARDS THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA TODAY. MEANWHILE LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE FRONT RANGE WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP.

LOOK FOR MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES TODAY OVER NORTHEASTERN PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN PLAINS...WHERE THE ARCTIC HIGH WILL ONLY ALLOW TEMPERATURES
TO RISE INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO. SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF
THE REGION WILL HAVE CLOUDY SKIES TODAY WITH A CHANCE OF LIGHT
SNOW...AND TEMPERATURES SHOULD RISE INTO THE 20S ABOVE ZERO.

CLEAR AND COLD TONIGHT OVER EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN
PLAINS...UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE ARCTIC HIGH. CLOUDY WITH A
CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW TONIGHT OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION.
LOOK FOR LOWS TONIGHT FROM AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO IN MANITOBA...TO THE
20S ABOVE ZERO OVER SOUTHEASTERN MONTANA AND WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

ON THANKSGIVING...THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW FROM
SASKATCHEWAN TO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA TO MINNESOTA...WITH A CHANCE
FOR A MIX OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN OVER SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF
THE NORTHERN PLAINS.

MORE SNOW AND MIXED PRECIPITATION IS FORECAST OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS INTO THE WEEKEND.
