Mostly clear skies prevail across much of the Northern Plains
states.

Arctic air will persist across the region overnight with
lows ranging from the upper teens below zero in southern
Saskatchewan to the single digits above zero in southeastern
Minnesota. Expect bitterly cold wind chills reaching 20 below
to 30 below across much of the Northern Plains.

Slightly warmer temperatures are in the forecast for
Wednesday, followed by gradual warming into the weekend.
