A LARGE WINTER STORM CONTINUES TO IMPACT SOUTHERN MINNESOTA AND
SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THIS MORNING. WIDESPREAD SNOW AND
REDUCED VISIBILITY FROM BLOWING SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED IN THESE
AREAS. THIS STORM WILL MOVE NORTH AND EAST THROUGH THE MORNING AND
AFTERNOON OUT OF THE REGION. ELSEWHERE SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLOUDY.

TODAY HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE 30S WEST TO THE TEENS AND 20S
EAST. THERE WILL ALSO BE A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW IN WESTERN NORTH
DAKOTA.
