Showers and thunderstorms are pushing eastward across the Dakotas.

For today thunderstorms will continue across the Northern Plains
with some of the storms on the stronger side with gusty winds and
hail, and an isolated severe storm can`t be discounted. Partly
cloudy to the north, across the Canadian Prairies. Daybreak
temperatures mainly in that 55 to 65 degree range.

Some sunshine this afternoon, with some isolated storms as well.

Through Friday the region will generally have highs in the 80s
to mid 90s with some chances for thunderstorms each day. The
weekend ahead looks seasonable for temperatures, mainly 80s, with
very low chances for rain.
