NORTH DAKOTA...AND INTO WESTERN AND CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. LIGHT
RAIN...FREEZING DRIZZLE AND FOG CONTINUED IN EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...AND INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.

EARLY THIS MORNING...EXPECT ACCUMULATING LIGHT SNOW...SPREADING EAST
THIS MORNING AND INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL RANGE
FROM THE UPPER TEENS IN SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TO THE MID 30S IN
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.

ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST THIS WEEK ACROSS NORTH
DAKOTA...WITH HIGHS IN THE 20S AND 30S. EXPECT COLDER CONDITIONS BY
THE END OF THE WEEK WITH HIGHS FRIDAY EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 5
ABOVE TO THE UPPER TEENS.
