AROUND THE REGION EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...LIGHT SNOW WAS OCCURRING
FROM SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN INTO EASTERN MONTANA AND WESTERN NORTH
DAKOTA. ELSEWHERE THE SKY WAS CLOUDY ACROSS MOST OF THE NORTHERN
HIGH PLAINS...EXCEPT IN SOUTHEAST MANITOBA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA
WHERE THE SKY WAS CLEAR. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE
FROM 30 ABOVE IN THE WEST...TO 15 BELOW ZERO IN THE EAST.

FOR TODAY...LIGHT SNOW IN THE WEST WILL SPREAD INTO THE CENTRAL
DAKOTAS DURING THE DAY BEFORE TAPERING OFF THURSDAY EVENING.
TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED.

FOR THURSDAY NIGHT...VERY COLD AIR WILL POUR INTO SOUTHERN MANITOBA
AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. EXTREME WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST
IN SOUTHERN MANITOBA...WHERE WIND CHILL VALUES TO 47 BELOW ZERO WILL
OCCUR. ELSEWHERE...NOT QUITE AS COLD...WITH LOWS AROUND 20 WEST TO
10 BELOW EAST.
