WILL PERSIST OVER MINNESOTA AND THE EASTERN DAKOTAS TODAY. LIGHT
SNOW IS LIKELY OVER MINNESOTA TODAY. THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW
OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS...MAINLY FROM
SASKATCHEWAN TO MONTANA AND WYOMING. HIGHS TODAY SHOULD RANGE FROM
THE TEENS IN SOUTHERN MANITOBA AND EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA...TO THE
LOWER 30S OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION.
