Tonight through tomorrow morning dangerous wind chills will be
present over the Northern Plains. Wind chill values will reach
down to 40 below zero and colder across southern Canada into most
of North Dakota and Minnesota. Look for some light snow through
areas of southern South Dakota overnight.

Tomorrow temperatures begin to moderately
rebound with highs ranging from the single digits in northern
Minnesota to the mid 20s in southern South Dakota.
