OCCUR FROM THE DAKOTAS INTO MINNESOTA DURING THE MORNING. ICY ROADWAYS
AND SIDEWALKS CAN BE EXPECTED AND MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS SHOULD
USE EXTRA CAUTION. SNOW IS LIKELY OVER SOUTHERN NORTH DAKOTA
TODAY. OTHERWISE...EXPECT A CLOUDY SKY WITH BRISK WINDS AND COLDER
CONDITIONS. HIGHS WILL MOSTLY REMAIN IN THE 20S...WITH LOWER 30S
ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

COLD TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MIDWEEK BUT IT WILL REMAIN
DRY. HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE NORTH
AND EAST...WHILE HIGHS IN THE 20S WILL OCCUR IN THE WEST AND SOUTH.
