Dangerous wind chills will be present in the Northern Plains this
morning. Wind chill values as low as 45 below zero can be expected
across southern Canada into most of North Dakota and Minnesota.
Look for some light snow through areas of southern South Dakota
during the overnight hours.

Later on Friday temperatures begin to rebound moderately with
highs ranging from the single digits in northern Minnesota to the
mid 20s in southern South Dakota.
