Across the northern high plains for the rest of Tuesday night, another
round of light snow will impact southern North Dakota, northern
South Dakota, and central Minnesota. Accumulations will generally
be around an inch or less.

Low temperatures  will range from the teens below zero north to
the single digits above zero south. Overnight wind chills will be
in the 30s below zero across much of the north. Even colder conditions
are forecast Thursday and Friday, leading to dangerous and life
threatening wind chills across the region.
