Tonight through Thursday afternoon wind gusts to 45 mph are
possible across the southern Canadian Prairies and North Dakota.
This will create near blizzard conditions in blowing snow. Travel
will be hazardous with reduced visibility and snow drifting back
on to roadways.

Prepare for very cold conditions through Friday. Wind chill values
will range from 25 to 45 below zero.
