A CHANCE OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN IN EASTERN MONTANA. LOWS TONIGHT
WILL REMAIN MILD...FROM THE LOWER SINGLE DIGITS IN SOUTHERN MANITOBA
TO THE 20S ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA.
