FOR EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...TEMPERATURES RANGED BETWEEN 55 AND 65
ACROSS THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS. SKY CONDITION REMAINED CLEAR FROM
SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN INTO MANITOBA...AND FROM MONTANA ACROSS NORTHERN
NORTH DAKOTA. CLOUDY CONDITIONS WERE OBSERVED FROM CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA INTO MINNESOTA. SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WERE
DOMINANT ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA.

EXPECT RAIN SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL AND
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA TODAY...AS WELL AS IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN.
MOSTLY SUNNY...DRY...AND WARM CONDITIONS WILL EXIST ELSEWHERE.
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 90 DEGREES WEST...TO THE
70S EAST.
