Tonight, expect mostly cloudy skies across the Northern Plains
with some clearing taking place across eastern Montana and the
western Dakotas late. Overnight lows will be relatively mild
across much of eastern Montana, the Dakotas, and the southwestern
Canadian Prairies, generally in the lower 20s north to the lower
30s south and west. Further east, over Minnesota and parts of
southern Manitoba, lows will dip into the upper single digits
north to the upper teens south.

For your Friday, expect light snow to develop across much of
Minnesota, where anywhere from a trace to an inch or two of new
snowfall is possible. The rest of the region will stay mainly dry.

Look for a gradual warmup over the weekend to above average
temperatures for this time of year.
