LOW PRESSURE AND ASSOCIATED FRONTAL SYSTEM IS PUSHING NORTHEASTWARD
INTO THE DAKOTAS.

TODAY...RAIN AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
EXPECT ALL SNOW WEST AND NORTH BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THREE TO FIVE
INCHES OF SNOW IS EXPECTED ALONG HIGHWAY 2...NORTH TO THE CANADIAN
BORDER...AND FROM WILLISTON EAST THROUGH MINOT TO ROLLA THROUGH
TONIGHT. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S IN NORTHERN
MINNESOTA TO THE 60S IN SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA. OVERNIGHT LOWS IN THE
20S AND 30S.

SNOW WILL TAPER OFF WEST TO EAST WEDNESDAY MORNING.
