Winter weather strikes the Northern Plains states again.

Snow and blowing snow will continue across much of the region
tonight, with the heaviest in northeastern North Dakota and
northwestern Minnesota. Breezy northwest winds will also continue to
reduce visibility from west to east across much of North Dakota.
Expect hazardous travel conditions.

For Tuesday, expect snow and blowing snow to continue. Dangerously
cold conditions are in the forecast. Highs will be in the single
digits and teens, with wind chill values as low as 25 below zero.

Extremely cold conditions will continue into Friday.
