STRONG LOW PRESSURE OVER NORTHEASTERN MINNESOTA CONTINUES TO
MOVE NORTHEASTWARD AS HIGH PRESSURE PUSHES SOUTHEASTWARD FROM
SASKATCHEWAN INTO THE WESTERN HALF OF THE REGION.

REST OF TODAY...SNOW SHOWERS WITH STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
CONTINUE OVER THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS...WHILE
SASKATCHEWAN THROUGH WYOMING WILL SEE MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. HIGHS
SHOULD RANGE FROM THE 30S OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA TO THE 50S FROM
EASTERN MONTANA TO WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

TONIGHT...MAINLY CLEAR SKIES FOR MUCH OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS
WITH FREEZING OR NEAR FREEZING TEMPERATURES. LOWS IN THE 20S AND 30S.

COOL AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE WITH FROST POSSIBLE THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING.
