A scattering of thunderstorms will be over the Northern Plains and
adjacent areas of the Canadian Prairie Provinces today. Some of
the storms could be severe with damaging winds and large hail over
southeast North Dakota and most of Minnesota, and the southeast
parts of Manitoba. Temperatures will range from the cooler upper
70s north of the International border, to a hot 100 from Pierre
to Aberdeen South Dakota.

For much of the coming week the region will have highs 85 to 95
and at least some chance for a thunderstorm most days.
