LATE THIS MORNING...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WAS LOCATED OVER
EASTERN SASKATCHEWAN. A TRAILING COLD FRONT EXTENDED SOUTHWEST
OVER NORTHERN MONTANA. THIS FRONT WAS ASSOCIATED WITH LIGHT SNOW
OVER NORTH CENTRAL MONTANA.

LOOK FOR MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES OVER THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON.
AS LOW PRESSURE PROPAGATES SOUTHEAST...THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT
SNOW OVER SASKATCHEWAN AND MANITOBA...AND CHANCES OF LIGHT RAIN OR
SNOW OVER MONTANA AND NORTH DAKOTA. HIGHS SHOULD RANGE FROM THE
20S IN SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA TO THE LOWER 40S IN SOUTHWESTERN
PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS.

CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT WILL SEE SLIGHT CHANCES OF LIGHT SNOW OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL CANADA...WITH SNOW OVER MONTANA AND WYOMING...INTO THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS. LOWS SHOULD RANGE FROM THE TEENS OVER NORTHERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION TO THE 20S SOUTH.

CHANCES FOR LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW REMAINS IN THE FORECAST FOR
CHRISTMAS DAY...MAINLY FROM SOUTHERN MONTANA AND WYOMING...ACROSS
SOUTH DAKOTA...INTO MINNESOTA. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE TEENS IN
SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA TO THE MID 30S OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN PLAINS.
