A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN...EXTENDED FROM SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN...THROUGH THE MISSOURI
RIVER VALLEY OF NORTH DAKOTA...INTO EXTREME NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA THIS MORNING. THE RAIN WAS PUSHING SLOWLY EAST AND
EXPANDING IN COVERAGE AS NEW SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE FORMING.

MORE SHOWERS AND STORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL BE SCATTERED OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TODAY. EXPECT HIGHS IN THE 70S FROM THE SOUTHERN
CANADIAN PRAIRIE PROVINCES THROUGH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...AND IN
THE 80S ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION.

IF YOU COME TO A FLOODED AREA...DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE WATER.
CAMPERS...BE SURE NOT TO CAMP IN LOW AREAS OR HILLY TERRAIN. STAY
AWAY FROM CREEKS AND STREAMS. FLOODING WAS ONGOING ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PART OF WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA...FROM THE DICKINSON AREA TO
JUST SOUTH OF WILLISTON...INCLUDING IN DUNN COUNTY.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEKEND.
