Look for mild conditions across the Northern Plains tonight
with lows in the mid teens and lower 20s.

Expect above average temperatures Wednesday, along with chances
for snow. Highs will range from the mid 30s in southern Canada, to
the upper 40s in southern South Dakota. Early afternoon, chances
for snow will begin a southward push from Canada into northern
areas of eastern Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota. Accumulating
snow is expected to spread across the Northern Plains through
Thursday.
