TODAY...MOSTLY SUNNY AND COLD. PARTLY CLOUDY WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE
FOR LIGHT SNOW IN SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. HIGHS FROM ZERO NEAR
THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER TO THE MID TEENS ABOVE IN SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA.

TONIGHT...MOSTLY CLEAR. LOWS FROM 20 BELOW NORTH AND THE SINGLE
DIGITS TO NEAR ZERO IN SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. WIND
