Winds continue to diminish eastward across the Dakotas as a wintry
mix of rain and snow continues for portions of eastern Minnesota.

Increasing clouds again overnight from eastern Montana across much
of North Dakota. Cloudy with a mix of rain and snow across eastern
Minnesota and partly cloudy to mostly clear skies across South
Dakota. Lows will range from the single digits in southern Manitoba
to the 30s in southwestern South Dakota.

Temperatures this weekend will continue to rise as highs reach the
50s to 70s by Sunday through the region with a chance or two of
light rain.
