Around the region early Tuesday morning, a cold front was extending
from western Manitoba into the central Dakotas. Scattered showers
were occurring in southern Saskatchewan and eastern Montana.
Thunderstorms in far eastern North Dakota were pushing into
northwest Minnesota. Temperatures this morning ranged from around
60 north to the mid 70s south.

For today, scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast over
northern and eastern North Dakota and into southern Manitoba.
Precipitation chances will scoot east into Minnesota Tuesday
evening into Tuesday night. Very warm ahead of the cold front today
with highs around 90 in western Minnesota and eastern South Dakota.
Cooler behind the cold front with highs in the upper 70s west.

A cooler weather pattern will continue Wednesday and Thursday
with widespread highs in the 60s and 70s.
