PUSHES EAST OUT OF THE REGION. BEHIND THE COLD FRONT NORTHWEST
WINDS WERE STRONG ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS...WITH GUSTS AROUND
35 MPH ACROSS THE DAKOTAS.

WINDS WILL DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. SKIES
WILL ALSO CLEAR TODAY FROM WEST TO EAST...WITH HIGHS RANGING FROM
THE 40S IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE MID 60S IN SOUTHWEST SOUTH
DAKOTA.

WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE IN STORE FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY...WITH A
CHANCE FOR RAIN OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA...NORTHEASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA ON MONDAY.
