MINNESOTA. CLOUDY SKIES AND LIGHT SNOW REMAINED MAINLY ACROSS
WESTERN PARTS OF THE REGION.

REST OF TODAY...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS WESTERN AND
CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE REGION. DAYTIME HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE
TEENS BELOW ZERO IN SOUTHERN CANADA TO NEAR 20 IN SOUTH DAKOTA.

TONIGHT...EXPECT MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH CHANCES OF LIGHT SNOW
ACROSS THE REGION...THEN CLEARING OVERNIGHT IN SOUTHERN CANADA AND
NORTH DAKOTA. LOWS FROM 20 BELOW ZERO NEAR THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER
TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO IN SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

EXPECT VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH TUESDAY.
