Winds begin to diminish from eastern Montana into the central
Dakotas as a wintry mix of rain and snow continues for portions of
northern Minnesota.

Increasing clouds again tonight from eastern Montana into western
North Dakota. Cloudy with a mix of rain and snow across central and
eastern Minnesota and partly cloudy to mostly clear skies across
South Dakota. Lows will range from the single digits in southern
Manitoba to the 30s in southwestern South Dakota.

Temperatures this weekend will continue to rise as highs reach the
50s to 70s by Sunday through the region with a chance or two of
light rain.
