Severe winter weather continues to impact the Northern Plains
states.

Snow will continue across the western and central Dakotas this
through the night. Blowing snow will reduce visibility across
western and central North Dakota as the winds increase. Rain will
change to snow for the eastern Dakotas and a wintry mix of rain.
