Windchill values between 40 and 25 below zero will persist through
the morning in northeast Montana, across much of North Dakota, and
northern areas of South Dakota.

Snow showers in eastern Montana and South Dakota will continue to
spread eastward into North Dakota and Minnesota through the day.
Accumulations are expected, as chances for snow will linger into
Sunday. Look for highs today to range from the single digits below
zero in southern Canada, to the upper teens above in southern South
Dakota
