AN UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL
KEEP VERY WARM AIR OVER THE REGION THIS WEEKEND...WHILE SMOKE FROM
FIRES IN THE WESTERN STATES WILL CONTINUE TO BLANKET THE REGION.

THIS AFTERNOON...DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHS
NEAR 100 IN THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION TO THE MID 70S IN
PARTS OF MINNESOTA.

TONIGHT...MOSTLY CLEAR WITH SMOKE MAINLY WEST. CHANCES FOR
THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN MONTANA. AREAS PATCHY FOG IN SOUTHEASTERN
SOUTH DAKOTA AND MINNESOTA. LOWS IN THE 60S.

CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION RETURN IN WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON SUNDAY...AND IN THE EASTERN PORTIONS ON MONDAY.
