Chances for light snow will continue through the night in southern
Canada, North Dakota, and Minnesota. Overnight lows will generally
be in the lower 20s; southern Minnesota will be in the lower 30s.

Accumulating snow is in the forecast Monday into Tuesday. Gusty
winds Monday will reduce visibilities in areas with blowing snow.
Much colder conditions are forecast Tuesday through Thursday with
highs in the teens and single digits. Windchill values of 25 below
zero are forecast across northern areas of the region.
