Around the region, wind chill advisories continue across the west
as frigid temperatures have contributed to wind chills as low as
35 below zero. Farther east, winter storm warnings and blizzard
warnings continue for portions of the eastern Dakotas into
Minnesota. Dangerous travel conditions will continue as snow and
blowing snow will result visibilities of less than one quarter
mile.

Frigid air with dangerous wind chills to 45 below zero at times can
be expected Friday into the upcoming weekend.
