Around the region early Tuesday morning, scattered thunderstorms
were located in eastern Montana, southeast North Dakota, and into
portions of western Minnesota. Elsewhere it was clear to partly
cloudy. Morning temperatures will mostly be in the 60s, with a few
lower 70s south.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms can be expected today with the
the greatest chance for severe thunderstorms residing across western
and central South Dakota.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will continue through the
week along with a cooling trend. Highs will mostly be in the 70s
north to 80s south.
