Cool high pressure extended from Hudson Bay to the Red River
Valley of North and South Dakota. A warm front extended along the
border of Manitoba and Saskatchewan and southward across the
central Dakotas. This warm front is forecast to move east today.

For the early morning hours, look for low temperatures to range
from the single digits from eastern Manitoba eastern North Dakota
and into Minnesota...to the upper 20s and lower 30s over western
portions of the Northern Plains. Patchy areas of fog are possible
along and east of the warm front, over eastern portions of the
Northern Plains.

Later today, expect partly to mostly sunny skies, with highs
ranging from the 20s from Manitoba and northern Minnesota to the
60s over southwestern South Dakota.

Very warm conditions persist into Thursday.
