Tonight, partly to mostly cloudy conditions were in place across
the Northern Plains. Light rain and snow showers were located over
parts of eastern Minnesota, with rain developing over
southeastern Montana.

Across North Dakota, clouds and precipitation chances will
increase far southwest and far south central late. Lows will
range from the mid 20s to mid 30s. Chances for rain will spread
north and east on Thursday across the southwest, south central,
and east. There will be a slight chance for light freezing rain
south central Thursday morning.

Precipitation chances end Thursday evening, with dry and mild
conditions Friday and Saturday.
