A LOW PRESSURE CENTER WAS LOCATED OVER SOUTHEASTERN MANITOBA THIS
MORNING...WITH A COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTH ALONG THE MINNESOTA
NORTH DAKOTA BORDER. A SECOND LOW PRESSURE CENTER WAS OVER SOUTHERN
SASKATCHEWAN...WITH A STRONGER COLD FRONT EXTENDING WESTWARD
ACROSS SOUTHERN ALBERTA.

FOR THE REST OF THE MORNING HOURS...EXPECT PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND
FAIRLY MILD CONDITIONS OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE SOUTH CENTRAL CANADIAN PRAIRIES...WHICH ARE MAINLY
ALONG AND NORTH OF THE SECONDARY COLD FRONT...CAN EXPECT MOSTLY
CLOUDY SKIES WITH CHANCES OF RAIN OR SNOW SHOWERS.

LATER THIS AFTERNOON...THE SECONDARY COLD FRONT MOVES SOUTHEAST
ACROSS MONTANA AND THE DAKOTAS. EXPECT MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH
CHANCES OF SHOWERS...ESPECIALLY OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
REGION...WITH CHANCES OF RAIN AND SNOW BY EVENING. BREEZY TO VERY
WINDY CONDITIONS WILL ALSO DEVELOP DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS ON
MONDAY. EXPECT COOLER TEMPERATURES...WITH HIGHS FROM THE 30S IN
SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN AND MANITOBA...TO THE LOWER 60S IN
SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA.

THIS COOLER WEATHER SHOULD PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEK WITH A WARM UP
BY THE WEEKEND.
