STRONG WINDS WILL BEGIN TO GRADUALLY DECREASE THIS EVENING AND
INTO MONDAY FROM WEST TO EAST. LIGHT SNOW IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN
AREAS OF THE REGION WILL ALSO SLOWLY TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST
THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE SINGLE
DIGITS ABOVE ZERO IN SOUTHEASTERN MANITOBA...TO THE MID 20S IN
SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

FOR THIS WEEK...EXPECT TEMPERATURES TO BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE
WITH FREQUENT CHANCES OF LIGHT SNOW...WITH PERIODS OF RAIN
POSSIBLE.
