A winter storm moving across the central plains will produce
snow across southern South Dakota and southern Minnesota this
morning. Breezy winds, reduced visibilities, and hazardous travel
conditions should be expected in these locations.

During the day Friday look for chances for snow to continue in
southern South Dakota through the morning; while lingering in
Minnesota through the day. Just a few flurries are expected across
North Dakota. Highs will be 20 to 35 across the region.
