NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE BREEZY TODAY...RANGING BETWEEN 15 AND 25
MPH. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW 20S IN NORTHEAST MONTANA...TO
THE UPPER 40S IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA.

FREEZING RAIN HAS CREATED SLIPPERY SURFACES AND ROADS...PEDESTRIANS
AND MOTORIST SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION.
