Across the northern high plains early Tuesday morning, a cold front
was pushing through southeast Saskatchewan and across western North
Dakota. Showers and thunderstorms have developed in eastern North
Dakota, with additional showers and thunderstorms expected over
northeast Montana and northwest North Dakota. Overnight lows will
range from the mid 50s west to upper 60s east.

Later today, scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast over
northern and eastern North Dakota and into southern Manitoba.
Precipitation chances will scoot east into Minnesota Tuesday
evening into Tuesday night. Very warm east today with highs in the
lower 90s across western Minnesota, as compared to upper 70s in
the western Dakotas.

A cooler weather pattern will continue for Wednesday and Thursday
with widespread highs in the 60s and 70s.
