TO HEAVY AT TIMES NORTHWEST INTO FAR NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
AND MINNESOTA. WINDY WEST. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S
IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA TO THE 60S IN SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

TONIGHT...CLOUDY AND BREEZY. SNOW OR RAIN LIKELY NORTHERN TWO THIRDS
IN THE EVENING...CHANGING TO ALL SNOW BY MIDNIGHT. CHANCE OF RAIN OR
