As a cold front pushes across the southern Canadian Prairies and
through the northern High Plains tonight, expect thunderstorms to
continue along and ahead of the front. Some storms may become severe
with large hail and damaging winds across southern Canada and the
central Dakotas. Eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota will
also see scattered thunderstorms before diminishing overnight.

Severe thunderstorms are possible again on Tuesday, mainly in
eastern South Dakota and Minnesota.
