HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO RIDGE INTO THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE REGION.

REST OF TODAY...LINGERING SHOWERS AND A THUNDERSTORM WILL PUSH OUT
OF FAR NORTHEASTERN AND SOUTHEASTERN MINNESOTA. SMOKE FROM THE
PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILDFIRES WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HAZY CONDITIONS
ACROSS EASTERN MONTANA AND THE DAKOTAS. OTHERWISE EXPECT MOSTLY
SUNNY SKIES...HIGHS SHOULD LEVEL OFF IN FROM THE MID 90S IN EASTERN
MONTANA TO THE MID 60S IN SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.

TONIGHT SHOWERS WILL DIMINISH IN PARTS OF MINNESOTA AND DRY
CONDITIONS WILL EXIST FOR THE REST OF THE REGION...LOWS NEAR 60.

THIS WEEKEND...DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY WITH
HIGHS NEAR 100 IN THE WEST TO THE MID 80S EAST. SUNDAY CHANCES OF
PRECIPITATION RETURN IN EASTERN MONTANA AND NORTH DAKOTA. OTHERWISE
EXPECT ANOTHER WARM AND DRY DAY.
