DAKOTA. TODAYS HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS NORTH ALONG
THE CANADIAN BORDER TO THE 30S IN SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

TONIGHT...CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY IN THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL DAKOTAS.
SCATTERED AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW IN THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA.
LOWS NEAR ZERO IN SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TO THE LOWER 20S IN SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA.
