LIGHT SNOW STRETCHED FROM SOUTHERN CANADA INTO THE EASTERN
DAKOTAS...AND ACROSS MUCH OF MINNESOTA. BREEZY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS
WILL CONTINUE...CREATING BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN
EASTERN AREAS OF THE REGION. SNOW WILL SLOWLY CONTINUE EASTWARD
OUT OF THE REGION THROUGH THE DAY. EXPECT WINDS TO GRADUALLY
SUBSIDE THROUGH THE EVENING.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS IN SOUTHERN
ONTARIO...TO THE LOWER 40S IN SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA. TEMPERATURES
WILL BE SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH FREQUENT
CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION.
